AI CUSTOMCRAFT COCKTAIL CHALLENGE
Think you can mix up a championship-worthy cocktail? Bring your creativity to the glass and show us what you’ve got in the AI CustomCraft Cocktail Challenge! Competitors are invited to create their own signature cocktail using the spirits and flavors of their choice.

RULES
- All participants must be 21 years of age or older.
- Competitors may use any alcoholic beverage(s) of their choice. The submitted cocktail must contain alcohol.
- Cocktails may contain no more than five (5) ingredients, plus garnish(s). Ice used for preparation or service does not count as an ingredient.
- Commercially produced products, such as mixers, juices, bitters, syrups, and liqueurs, will each count as one ingredient. Team-made syrups, infusions, purées, or other prepared components will also count as one ingredient.
- Teams must provide one completed cocktail and their own glassware for appearance judging. Glassware should be appropriate for cocktail service and must be easily and safely transported on the team's presentation tray.
- Teams must provide a pitcher or other pouring container containing no more than 32 ounces of the prepared cocktail for sampling by the judges.
- Teams must provide a tray for turn-in. The presentation tray will not be considered as part of the judging score and must be easily carried by one person.
- Entries will be judged on Appearance, Taste, and Execution/Creativity.
- Creativity is encouraged! Competitors are encouraged to develop a cocktail that showcases their team's personality while delivering a balanced, great-tasting, and memorable drink.
