KCBS team application

The 2025 Smoke on the Shores BBQ Championship will return to the James E. Ward Agricultural Center. Home of the Wilson County Fairgrounds and the Tennessee State Fair. We have space for 150+ teams and most all sites will be on asphalt or gravel with a few possibly on grass, all sites will have water access and 30 AMP electric service. Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you cancel prior to 30 days of event date, a full refund will be issued, minus any PayPal fees. Within 30 days of event date, if you cancel and we can replace your spot with a waitlist team, a full refund will be issued, minus any PayPal fees. If we are unable to replace your spot, we will rollover your entry for one (1) year.
