KCBS team application

The 2025 Smoke on the Shores BBQ Championship will return to the James E. Ward Agricultural Center. Home of the Wilson County Fairgrounds and the Tennessee State Fair. We have space for 150+ teams and most all sites will be on asphalt or gravel with a few possibly on grass, all sites will have water access and 30 AMP electric service. Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you cancel prior to 30 days of event date, a full refund will be issued, minus any PayPal fees. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, and we are able to fill your spot with a team from our waitlist, you will receive a full refund, minus any PayPal fees. If we are unable to replace your spot, we will rollover your entry for one (1) year. If you do not attend and fail to provide any prior communication, no rollover or refund will be issued.
